Women are hitting the green - and the runway.

Golf isn’t just for retirees and finance bros anymore. Between 2018 and 2023, Gen Z engagement with the sport spiked by 81% and female golfers accounted for 25% of those. Since 2019, the golf industry has gained 1.4 million female golfers, with their participation surpassing 6 million each year for the past four years.

They’re not in it for the trophies. Instead, 70% say they golf to unwind, and 54% use it to log off. The sport is officially in its leisure era, and it’s reshaping how we think about golf.
