The martini is having its main character moment and brands, bars and even Starbucks Reserve are leaning all the way in. From DIY martini experiences to dirty jelly shots, the iconic cocktail is being reimagined across formats, flavors and finishes.
London’s K Bar now offers a Martini Station, a tableside experience complete with gin-drenched theatrics and bespoke bites. At New York’s Chez Zou, you can customize your ‘tini via the "Build Your Own Dirty Martini" experience. Called the Dirty Zou, olive oil-washed vodka and grape leaf-infused vermouth are served separately, allowing guests to mix their martini to their preferred level of "dirtiness." Once perfected, the cocktail comes with hand-stuffed, tangy shankleesh olives.
