With searches spiking for everything from “cabbage dumplings” (+110 percent) to “cabbage alfredo (um, yum)” (+45 percent), everyone from Boomers to Gen Z has crowned a new MVP. But this time, cabbage is trending beyond your kitchen; it’s taking over the tablescape.
