Designer, entrepreneur, author and mom of five, India Hicks has never done life by the book.
The daughter of legendary decorator David Hicks and Lady Pamela Hicks—the granddaughter of the last Viceroy of India—she grew up surrounded by design icons and palace gossip, then charted her own path from London runways to Bahamian beaches.
A former Ralph Lauren model turned creative powerhouse, Hicks has spent two decades shaping the design world with hotels, home collections and four coffee-table books that bottle her effortless island-meets-English style. She’s also graced TV screens from Bravo to the BBC.
Based on Harbour Island in the Bahamas, known for its pink sand beaches and distinctly British influence, for nearly 30 years, she splits her time between consulting for top lifestyle brands, running The Sugar Mill (her 150-year-old treasure trove of global finds) and hands-on humanitarian work with Global Empowerment Mission.
Bold, grounded and forever curious, who better than Hicks to lead your tour of paradise?
